Mary Ann joined Copestone in 2010 as President & CEO. She attended Indian River State College where she gained her education in Accounting and Business Management. Mary Ann’s experience consists of several years with the Internal Revenue Service and an Electrical Contractor, in Florida.

She moved to Colorado from Florida in 2006 and prior to Copestone, Mary Ann owned and operated a flower shop in downtown Colorado Springs. Mary Ann has 4 children: Joe, Mike, Ryan & Kari who still reside in Port St Lucie, Florida. Mary Ann enjoys cooking, reading and crafts.
 Steve Binkley

Steve Binkley – Vice President & COO

Steve started with Copestone in 2006 as a Project Manager. In 2010, he became owner, Vice President and COO. He has 31 years in the construction industry, both commercial and residential. His project experience includes Professional Office Buildings, Medical and Dental Offices, Retail Shopping Centers and Multi Story mixed use buildings as well as custom homes.

Steve moved to Colorado from Florida in 2006. He has 4 children who reside in Florida and enjoys riding his Harley, golfing, boating, fishing, sports and camping.
Nate Goetsch

Nate Goetsch – Project Estimator

Nate joined the Copestone team in 2007 as the project estimator. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, majoring in Construction Management with a Real Estate Minor.  Prior to Copestone, his background includes four years of project management and estimating of projects throughout Iowa, with an emphasis on educational and medical institutions.

Nate enjoys spending time in the Colorado outdoors with spouse Wendi, son Joey, and Great Dane Caiya.  Activities of interest include skiing, hiking and camping.
Nathan Derwick

Nathan Derwick – Project Manager

Nathan started with Copestone in 2005 as a Project Manager. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at Alfred State College in Alfred, NY. He has continued studies through Dale Carnegie. During his time at Copestone, Nathan has managed projects ranging from $50k Tenant Improvements to multimillion dollar ground up buildings. He also has residential construction experience where he worked for his dad in NY during high school and college.

Nathan moved to Colorado in 2005 and in his spare time, he enjoys softball, golf, snowboarding, hunting, traveling & camping with his wife Jenny and sons Jaeden and Eli.
 Gwen Davis

Gwen Davis – Project Coordinator

Gwen has been with Copestone since 2005 and holds the position of Project Coordinator and Estimating Administrator. Before coming to Copestone, she was an office manager for other Colorado Springs subcontractors.

Gwen has lived in Colorado since 1979 and enjoys sharing her love of the state with her son Alton, daughter Sara and her dogs Pumpkin and Spice.
 Pat Lovett

Pat joined Copestone in 2006 and works in the accounting department. Prior to Copestone, she worked for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association for 17 years.

Pat came to Colorado in 1987 and enjoys traveling, movies and reading.
 Pete Carrica

Pete has been with Copestone since 1988 and is a project Superintendent specializing in Tenant Finishes and unique remodels and takes pride in his quality workmanship.

Pete enjoys watching bull riding, riding his motorcycle and watching football. He and his wife Patty have 2 daughters Amy & Michelle and a grandson, Wesley.
 Bill Goodenough

Bill has been at Copestone since 2001. Within his 32 years of construction experience, he has done it all including carpenter, general foreman, lead foreman and now holds rank as a project Superintendent.

Bill enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing. He and his wife Vicki have 2 children, Kristen and Charmeinne and a grandson, Devon.

Steve has been a project superintendent since 2007 with Copestone. He has been in the trade since 1968 and within that time has had his own business, for 18 years, building commercial and residential projects from remodels to multimillion dollar ground up projects.

Steve enjoys hunting, fishing and antiquing with his wife Linda. They have four children; Jeff, John, Matt & Jenny and seven grandchildren; Abby, Annie, Giovanna, Donavon, Christian, Andrew and Katy.
 Alex Shute

Alex Shute

Alex came to Copestone in 2011 as a general laborer and an apprentice carpenter after working for a temporary agency. His abilities include framing, drywall, doors and hardware, demo, minor plumbing and electrical.

In his spare time, Alex likes working on cars and “building anything he can with his hands”.
Felix Vallestero

Felix Vallestero

Felix joined the Copestone team in 2011 as a carpenter. His well-rounded expertise includes, but by no means is limited to; finish carpentry, drywall & finisher, doors and hardware and so many other quality talents.

Felix likes hunting, fishing and playing cards. He and his wife Trisha have 4 children; Trisha Ann, Tasha, Rick & Nick, and four grandchildren; Miguel, Devon, Jeramiah and Layla.
